CIRCULAR

PROMULGATING THE SPECIFIC LIST OF GOODS BANNED FROM EXPORT AND IMPORT UNDER THE SPECIALIZED MANAGEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 69/2018/ND-CP DATED MAY 15, 2018 OF THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of articles of and measures for implementing the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 164/2017/ND-CP dated December 30, 2017 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management;

At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Investment Department of the Ministry of National Defense;

The Minister of National Defense promulgates the Circular publicizing the specific list of goods banned from export and import under the specialized management of the Ministry of National Defense pursuant to Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government.

Article 1. To promulgate the specific list of goods banned from export and import under the specialized management of the Ministry of National Defense pursuant to Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management (the specific list is attached hereto).

Article 2. This Circular takes effect on January 1, 2019 and replaces Circular No. 40/2017/TT-BQP dated February 23, 2017 of the Ministry of National Defense promulgating the specific list of goods banned from export and import under the specialized management of the Ministry of National Defense pursuant to Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government.

Article 3. Heads of agencies, units, organizations, enterprises and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
