DECISION
ON THE PROMULGATION OF NATIONAL STANDARDS
MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 16, 2017 of the Government providing for the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality.
DECIDES:
Article 1. To promulgate the following 06 National Standards (TCVN):
| 1. | TCVN 13335:2021 | Railway applications - Current collection systems - Pantographs, test methods for contact strips |
| 2. | TCVN 13336:2021 | Railway applications - Fixed installations - Protective provisions for AC and DC traction systems |
| 3. | TCVN 13337-3:2021 | Railway applications - Fixed installations - Electrical safety, earthing and the return circuit Part 3: Mutual interaction of AC and DC traction systems |
| 4. | TCVN 13338-1:2021 | Railway applications - Insulation coordination Part 1: Basic requirements - Clearances and creepage distances for electrical and electronic equipment |
| 5. | TCVN 13338-2:2021 | Railway applications - Insulation coordination Part 2: Overvoltages and related protection |
| 6. | TCVN 13339:2021 | Railway applications - Power supply and rolling stock - Technical criteria for the coordination between power supply (substation) and rolling stock |
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director General of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality and related organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
