To amend and supplement the LED lighting product group at serial number 10 of the Appendix issued together with Decision No. 2711/QĐ-BKHCN dated December 30, 2022 of the Minister of Science and Technology on the announcement of group-2 products and goods under the state management responsibility of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Details are set out in the Appendix issued together with this Decision.
- Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
- Article 3. The Director General of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, the Director of the Department of Legal Affairs, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

ON AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE LED LIGHTING PRODUCT GROUP IN DECISION NO. 2711/QĐ-BKHCN DATED DECEMBER 30, 2022 OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Product and Goods Quality dated November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality; Decree No. 74/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality; Decree No. 154/2018/NĐ-CP dated November 9, 2018 of the Government amending, supplementing, and repealing a number of provisions on investment and business conditions within the state management sector of the Ministry of Science and Technology and a number of provisions on specialized inspection, and Decree No. 13/2022/NĐ-CP dated January 21, 2022 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 and Decree No. 74/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality, and Decree No. 86/2012/NĐ-CP dated October 19, 2012 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Metrology;
Pursuant to Decree No. 28/2023/NĐ-CP dated June 2, 2023 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
At the request of the Director General of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality and the Director of the Department of Legal Affairs.
DECIDES:
Article 1. To amend and supplement the LED lighting product group at serial number 10 of the Appendix issued together with Decision No. 2711/QĐ-BKHCN dated December 30, 2022 of the Minister of Science and Technology on the announcement of group-2 products and goods under the state management responsibility of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Details are set out in the Appendix issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director General of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, the Director of the Department of Legal Affairs, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
