CIRCULAR
PROMULGATING THE LIST OF EXPORTED AND IMPORTED GOODS WITH HS CODES UNDER THE STATE MANAGEMENT OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM IN THE GOLD SECTOR
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated June 16, 2010;
Pursuant to the Law on Foreign Trade Management dated June 12, 2017;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management;
At the proposal of the Director of the Foreign Exchange Management Department;
The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam promulgates the Circular promulgating the List of exported and imported goods with HS codes under the state management of the State Bank of Vietnam in the gold sector.
Article 1. To promulgate together with this Circular the List of exported and imported goods with HS codes under the state management of the State Bank of Vietnam in the gold sector.
Article 2. Effect
This Circular takes effect from February 12, 2019.
Article 3. Implementation responsibility
The Chief of Office, the Director of the Foreign Exchange Management Department, the Director of the Transaction Bureau, the Directors of State Bank branches of provinces and centrally-run cities; the Chairpersons of the Boards of Directors, the Chairpersons of the Members' Councils, the Chairpersons of companies, the General Directors (Directors) of enterprises exporting and importing raw gold shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of this Circular.

- Ministry of Justice (for inspection);
- Ministry of Finance;
- Ministry of Industry and Trade;
