ON THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HS CODES FOR THE LIST OF GROUP-2 PRODUCTS AND GOODS UNDER THE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC SECURITY
MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY
Pursuant to the 2007 Law on Product and Goods Quality;
Pursuant to the 2017 Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives and Combat Support Tools;
Pursuant to the 2018 Law on the People's Public Security Force;
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2018/NĐ-CP dated August 6, 2018, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;
Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Product and Goods Quality; Decree No. 74/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP;
Pursuant to Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BCA dated March 26, 2019 of the Minister of Public Security prescribing the List of products and goods with potential unsafety under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Public Security;
Pursuant to Circular No. 65/2017/TT-BTC dated June 27, 2017 of the Minister of Finance promulgating the List of Vietnam's Exported and Imported Goods;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Strategy and History of Public Security in Official Letter No. 2952/V04-P2 dated November 12, 2019,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To announce the HS codes for products and goods in the List of Group-2 products and goods under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Public Security (with the List of products and goods bearing HS codes attached).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of Science, Strategy and History of Public Security, heads of public security units and localities, and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
